How to change a fuel pump on a 2001 sebring convertable?

It is in the gas tank. If there is no inspection plate to access the top of the tank (usually under the trunk floor or under the rear seat), you will probably have to lower the tank. I've done it several times on several cars. It is easiest if there is little to no gas in the tank.
