I'm asking because some Ford fuel pump concerns are not the pump motors themselves but the screening or fuel pressure regulators that are built into the pump assy .sometimes and you can't get by itself... Do yourself a favor and forget the aftermarket pump and go Ford unless you want to take a chance in what it is.....

fuel pump is in the tank. most of these places charge anywhere from 45 to 75 dollars an hour. and they have a book they go by on the time allowed for repairs. and if you carry your own part then they will stick it to you. why don't you just do it yourself. its simple just about a half days work if you never done it before. before i d pay 3 or 4 hundred for the job. id invest in a universal fuel pump and install it in between the tank and the motor. or buy the manual and do it the right way.
