There is a way. Someone put it in there, you can get it out. You may need to take the pump off the bracket that holds it in the tank, seperate it from the fuel guage sending unit.Electric fuel pump stuck in tank?

This can't possibly be true. The pump went IN though the hole. It will come OUT though the SAME hole.
Whatever you have done is NOT everything. The fact you thing it is indicates you need someone that is mechanically inclined.

Electric fuel pump stuck in tank?Did you disconnect your battery and hoses to the tank? Did you remove the straps and drop the tank? Did you remove the lockring with the pump?
